Christophe Mouginot, nicknamed "Hans" has an excess of vitality and emotions that he has transformed since adolescence into surf painting. His influences are Andy Davis and the Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hannh, but he was able to create a unique style, recognizable at first sight.
His creative work is fully in line with surf ART. His originality lies as much in the materials he uses as in the refined side of his creations; it goes from the bamboo reed pen, through blocks of post-it notes to the various calligraphy brushes.
